2022 In Review

As we move into the new year we’d like to take a look back over the year and celebrate some of our successes as a company and reflect on some of the challenges we have faced.

What a year 2022 has been. We’re proud to say that it’s difficult to count the number of successes our team has achieved this year, and all the mitigated challenges we worked through. It hasn’t been the easiest of years but together, we came out the other end stronger and more focused and ready for what the future holds.

We completed and tested the MVP of our app and grew our corporate and impact wellness program to 20 business clients. It has been a really fulfilling accomplishment to turn Biiah into a revenue generating company. We are confident that we have now built out our corporate wellness program into a repeatable and scalable process – we’re very excited to grow the program further in the UK and US. It will be wonderful to see the impact the implementation of our app has in supporting the program over the next year when we release it.

We received multiple awards recognising our achievements and potential including Tech Nation Rising Stars, Music Ally S:IX and being selected to join the Minnesota Twins Accelerator by Techstars cohort for 2022. It has been a huge honour to be included amongst some truly world leading organisations in these awards!

In the closing stages of the year, we have raised almost £10,000 in taking our app to market with our kickstarter campaign – if you are interested hearing more about our campaign, please follow this link.

Our team has changed quite a bit this year, peaking at 7 internal members and now we have scaled back to a core team of 4. We are looking forward to taking on the new year as a tight knit team, with more opportunities to work in person and a greater sense of community.

2022 has proven another hectic year, with fresh and exacting experiences down to the wire.

We are incredibly excited to begin 2023, grateful for the support we have received and empowered by the growth we have seen in rising to the challenges behind us. We have learned a lot and set ourselves up to establish our company as a force to be reckoned with.

We are looking forward to returning in the new year with renewed vigour and witnessing the huge positive impact our work has over the next 12 months. In the meantime, we’d like to wish you all a restful winter break and a very happy new year!

See you soon!
