Press Release: 3 November 2021

Biiah (formerly The Choral Hub) has been named as one of the Creative Industries Council’s #CreaTechUK Ones To Watch 2021

CIC - CreaTech UK Ones To Watch 2021

Selected by a panel of industry leaders, funding bodies, and experts, this annual list showcases 100 outstanding CreaTech businesses from across the UK, working at the intersection of creativity and technology. The list was launched at a dedicated CreaTech day at London Tech Week on September 21, a free virtual conference which highlighted the UK’s flourishing CreaTech business community.

Xann took part in a special ‘Focus on Music’ panel event where she talked about Biiah’s app Biiah, currently in private beta testing, designed to teach adults singing skills and confidence. Watch again here

“It’s hugely validating to be named on this list amongst so many other inspiring CreaTech UK businesses as Ones to Watch 2021. This list, if nothing else displays the rapidly progressing landscape of technology in the Creative Industries. For music tech startups in particular, I see such inspiring founders solving critical problems facing our industry. The music tech showcase panel was a perfect display of how much potential there is for the music tech space to grow and thrive in the coming years.”

Xann Schwinn, Co-Founder and CEO Biiah
