What we offer

We deliver in-person and online music sessions for business, charities and organisations across the UK. We work with you to understand your business and HR priorities, then build a programme tailored to your goals.

In-person sessions

group-people-with-laptops

Give people a chance to de-stress and refresh during lunch or provide an opportunity for teams to bond outside of work at the end of the work day.

Virtual sessions

Make remote working more collaborative, engaging, and fun. A 30-minute virtual ‘bonding through music’ session is a great way to promote synergy in a hybrid or international team.

Team-building workshops

Our workshops are designed to unite employees across your business through music. Teams leave our sessions with elevated moods and greater cohesion they can take back into their day-to-day.

The research

There’s a lot of research that supports the benefits of making music during the word day. In a study on workplace singing by the University of Leicester, 96% of participants said singing helped reduced workplace stress and 86% said it reduced feelings of social isolation.

There’s a lot of research that Organisations should seriously consider encouraging their staff to regularly participate in singing groups to improve wellbeing, engagement and potentially job performance.

Testimonials

I think Dan is amazing and so talented, please don’t ever stop. It’s an honour to attend.

People would be surprised to learn I suffer with depression, on more than one occasion I’ve attended the group singing session and come out with a lifted my spirit.

It is difficult to articulate how much SingForce is essential to my wellbeing.

My work and home life are very full on and SingForce is the only thing I feel I do, for myself. I cannot express the role it plays, as well as the support and sense of belonging I feel I have from my SingForce family.

If I'm having a rubbish morning, I make sure I attend our SingForce session.

I always come away with a clear head. It's like therapy!

When work is stressful they provide a respite from that and a way to release some of the stress.

Image

I can’t tell you what an inspirational, uplifting and joyous effect our staff singing sessions have had.

I joined the SingForce group when I was struggling with my workload and mental health and found that it raised my spirits. I have since changed my job and no longer based in the civic so find joining on line better for me

I love it! It’s one of the best things I’ve ever done and has genuinely changed my life for the better.

The staff that SingForce at SCC are an extended family to me, coming to SingForce has got me through some very dark times in the past five years. The group singing sessions are a big reason I have chosen to stay as an employee at SCC, without it I would have left a long time ago.

Singing after work really helps to relieve stress and makes a massive difference to my mood and stress levels. We are a very small group but gel together perfectly as singers.

Image

SingForce has allowed me to meet and interact with colleagues that I would not have been able to get to know. It also boosted my confidence.

We've been lucky enough to be taught by Dan and Gavin over the years, both are super friendly and passionate about what they do. Our group is quite small now, and Gavin's energy every week never wavers and this really helps lift us all up.

It's a good way to meet colleagues you don't work directly with and we always have a lot of laughs in the session.
